Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges As we operate on a dropship model, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery if:

The item received is damaged or defective

The wrong item was delivered

The item significantly differs from the description

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items

Lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Items damaged due to customer misuse
